INGREDIENTS IN MAKING RASGULLA :

2 litre low fat milk which is refrigerated over night

1/4 cup lemon juice

1 tspn refined flour

4 cups thin sugar syrup flavored with cardomom smashed powder or
rosewater .

PREPARATION OF RASGULLA :

1. Take out the milk refrigerated over night . on the stove and start
boiling the milk .

2. Add the lemon juice drops to the milk about a teaspoon .This is
the process in order to curdle the milk .lemon juice makes the milk to
curdle .

3. It doesnt matter much how much solution did you use to make the
milk curdle .

4. As Shut off the stove and now , bring the curdled milk for cool for
about 5 minutes .

5. Water is anyway stored in the curdled milk .So , drain off the water
from the mixture so that we can get its pure form .

6. Mash the Paneer well and check whether there is no more water in
the Paneer made mixture .
