Pranavi was born on august 16 1986. She is born and brought up in Hyderabad. Pranavi completed her primary and secondary education from NRUPATUNGA HIGH SCHOOL.
She holds a bachelor’s degree of arts in music. Osmania University is her alma mater. She had a great interest in music since her young age. Her career started when for the first time she sang for a program of Doordarshan TV.
At the age of 10, she dubbed for the voice of the lead role in the short film HALO. It is a Hindi short film which won a national award for its immense essence of emotions in it. PRANAVI received her knowledge regarding music from h. Hemavathi and v.balasubramanyam. K ramachari is a musician who has a music academy by his name, Pranavi was a student of this academy.
PRANAVI did her debut of singing with the song SAMHITA , composed by his guru RAMACHARI. She has been a part of his band at one time. Her first song for the big screen was the title track of Pellam pichodu , which was directed by Rajendra prasad.
Her hit song was Sudha Brahma from the movie Sri ramadas. She has sung many songs from the movies, Amma Cheppindhi, Sangamam, Yamadonga, Krishnarjuna and Pandurangadu.
