He had started his career in the year 2004 with the film Jai this, film was an romantic film where he acted in the role of a boxer which gave him a good hit.

Then in the year 2005 he had acted for 4 films in which 3 are telugu and the other is tamil namely Manasu mata vinadu,modati cinema and gowtham ssc in telugu ,and the tamil film in which he acted was arinyhum ariyamalum.

In the next year he had acted two tamil films namely itavattam, nenjil jil jil and two telugu films premante inthe and seethakoka chiluka which didn’t give him much fame.

Then in the year 2007 he acted for the films poramboku and chandamama. Chandamama was his comeback hit where he played role as a flurrt with kajal agarwal which gave him a hatrick hit and both kajal and navadeep received won high name.

He then acted as a guest appearance for the film ready in the year 2008 and again acted in the film aegan which alao didn’t gave that hit.

He then in the year 2009 acted the films ride,solla solla inikkum and again another hit film arya 2 this film gave him again a hit in which he shared his stage along allu arjun and kajal.

Then he acted for the films om shanthi,raagam, mugguru, akasame haddu,and oh my friend. After this he acted in the film mytri and after that he played an antagonist role against N.T.R for the film baadshah.

Then his next films were namely vasool raja, bangaru kodi petta,ice cream,anukshanam,poga ,bham bolenath, dongatta, idhu enna maayam and azhar. Then he acted for the film Dhruva as an IPS officer which again increased his name.
