The film is directed by R Madesh and produced under the production company of Boss Production Corporation. Cast of the film includes Vimal and Shriya Saran in the lead roles and Prabhu, Sathyan, Punnagai poo Geetha, K.R.Vijaya, Rekha, Dhev Khil, Uma Padmanabhan, Crane Manohar and Mahanathi Shankar in the supporting roles.

Sandakari is an official remake of 2012 Malayalam film My Boss starring Dileep & Mamta directed by Jeethu Joseph. Vimal was last seen in the film Sarkunam’s Kalavani 2 and Shriya was seen in Simbu’s AAA.
